Yes, we highly recommend ordering sample swatches. Most of our materials have a 'Request Sample' option on the product page to help you verify color and texture in your home's lighting.
How long does shipping take for heavy or oversized items?
Standard items ship within 3-5 business days. For oversized materials like stone slabs or large flooring orders, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via our specialized freight partners.
What is your return policy for home renovation materials?
We accept returns on unused, unopened materials in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut materials and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are the materials covered by a warranty?
Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 25 years, covering defects in craftsmanship and structural integrity under normal residential use.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While Materialhunt is a supplier of premium goods, we do not provide direct installation. However, we can provide a list of certified local contractors familiar with our specific product lines.
